A nature-oriented camp and conference center in California is seeking seasonal Summer Staff for May through August. This role involves facilitating adventure activities, supporting guest needs, and maintaining grounds. Candidates must be self-disciplined, reliable, and currently enrolled in university programs. Compensation includes a salary of $1280 biweekly with housing and meals provided. The ideal candidate lives a Biblical lifestyle and has an interest in personal faith development.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to meet demands of hiking and challenge courses.
• Must have a healthy respect for heights and work at heights.
• Experience in teaching, camps or youth work preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate high-ropes challenge courses and adventure-sport activities.
• Meet guest needs and support grounds alongside Accommodation and Maintenance teams.
• Assist in meal preparation, hosting, serving, and cleanup with the Kitchen team.
