Job summary

Camp Wediko in Windsor, NH is hiring for temporary Lead Staff for summer 2026. You will oversee day-to-day needs and logistics for staff and students within your cabin group, and work under supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities include direct care and supervision to ensure safety, implementing program structures, modeling respectful communication, and collaborating with program leaders to support youth across daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day needs and logistics of staff and students within assigned cabin group.
• Provide direct care and supervision to ensure safety and wellbeing of staff and students.
• Maintain safety within a short-term residential setting in collaboration with program leadership.
• Establish consistency by following programmatic structures and policies.
• Teach and model respectful communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in creating and implementing group and individual treatment strategies and complete related tasks.
• Organize documentation including incident reports and behavioral checklists.
• Ensure supplies are stocked, including hygiene and clothing.
