Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape offers a Summer 2027 Internship Program for college students and recent graduates, with a paid, full-time schedule and a rotational structure across branch locations nationwide. You will work with a Branch Manager and be paired with an Account Manager who mentors you throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or recently graduated in a related field.
• Interest in learning multiple landscape areas.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver27s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Work with Branch Manager and be paired with an Account Manager as your Mentor.
• Rotational schedule balancing interests with branch needs.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Work alongside our crews and experience landscape operations firsthand.
• Learn day-to-day responsibilities of management, administration, and sales.
• Gain exposure to safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control, and customer service.
• Participate in branch meetings and learn how we manage finances and operations.
• Build relationships with Yellowstone Landscape professionals and other interns.
• Engage in professional development, networking opportunities and learning sessions.
