Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape offers a Summer 2027 Internship Program for college students and recent graduates. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on exposure to landscape operations, management, administrative and sales teams, with a mentoring rotation through branch leadership.

You will gain leadership, communication, time management and problem-solving skills while building a network across Yellowstone locations, with a housing stipend offered for relocation during the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degrees in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Construction, Landscape Design or Architecture, Business or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work with Branch Manager and an Account Manager who mentors you throughout the program.
• Experience a rotational schedule balancing interests with branch needs.
• Learn safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control and customer service.
• Participate in branch meetings and learn how we manage financial and operational aspects of the business.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
