Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is offering a Summer 2027 Internship Program for college students and recent graduates. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on exposure across landscape management, construction, design, irrigation, tree care, and more at branch locations nationwide.

Interns will rotate with a Branch Manager and an Account Manager, gaining leadership experience and learning safety, scheduling, and customer service. A housing stipend may be provided for relocating interns.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning multiple aspects of the landscape industry.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and get hands-on.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and work with Branch Manager and Account Manager as mentor throughout the summer.
• Experience a rotational schedule balancing interests with branch needs.
• Develop leadership and management style with ongoing guidance from mentors.
• Participate in branch meetings to learn how we manage finances and operations.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Build relationships with Yellowstone Landscape professionals and other interns.
• Participate in professional development, networking opportunities, and company-led learning sessions.
