Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is offering a paid Summer 2027 Internship Program for college students and recent graduates. Interns will join branch locations nationwide, rotating through landscape management, construction, design and more under a mentor, with opportunities to learn operations, safety, and customer service.

The program is full-time with an hourly wage of $18.50 and a possible housing stipend for relocation. Ideal candidates are curious, hardworking, and pursuing related degrees.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate seeking hands-on exposure to the landscape industry.
• Pursuing degrees in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Construction, Landscape Design/Architecture, Business or related fields.
• Interest in learning multiple aspects of the landscape business and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational schedule across branches.
• Work with the Branch Manager and an Account Manager as a mentor.
• Gain exposure to safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control and customer service.
• Attend branch meetings and learn financial and operational management.
