Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape offers a Summer 2027 Internship Program for college students and recent graduates. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on exposure to landscape management, construction, design, irrigation, and more at branch locations nationwide.

You will rotate with a mentor, gain leadership skills, and build your network while earning $18.50 per hour and, in some locations, a monthly housing stipend.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degrees in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Construction, Landscape Design/Architecture, Business or related fields.
• A positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Branch Manager and be paired with an Account Manager mentor.
• Rotational schedule balancing interests with branch needs.
• Experience landscape operations, management, admin, and sales exposure.
• Participate in branch meetings and learn about financial and operational aspects.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Build professional relationships with Yellowstone Landscape professionals and interns.
• Engage in professional development, networking, and learning sessions.
