Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis' Henderson, NV office is seeking a Landscape Architecture Intern for Summer 2027. You’ll assist in producing construction plans, create presentation graphics, and help compile quantities and cost estimates for projects.

This entry-level role requires completion of 60 hours toward a landscape architecture degree by Summer 2027, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the design tools AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Lumion favored.

Qualifications

• No professional experience required, but it is preferred to have experience working in a landscape architectural firm, landscape construction, or related profession.
• Must have completed 60 hours towards a landscape architecture degree by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Lumion (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing landscape architectural construction plans and details using AutoCAD.
• Assist in creating presentation graphics, using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Assist in compiling project material quantities and producing associated cost estimates.
• Assist in conducting job site field inspections and preparing associated reports.
