Qualifications

• Pursuing a biology or chemistry degree at an accredited college or university.
• Laboratory experience in a professional or academic setting.
• Knowledge of general lab safety and documentation practices.
• Proficiency with basic software tools such as MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Learn analysis of metals including mercury.
• Learn wet chemistry testing such as chlorine and fluoride analysis.
• Learn instrument operation (GC, IC, ICP) and other lab equipment.
• Shadow supervisor and technician to gain hands-on experience.
• Maintain safe working environment and proper data documentation.
