Job summary

Russell Investments in Seattle offers a full-time summer internship program designed to give students hands-on exposure to investment management. Interns are treated as full team members and participate in 10–12 weeks of immersive learning starting May 24 or June 14.

You will rotate across teams, gain mentoring from experienced professionals, and build a network with senior leaders as you prepare for potential full-time roles within the firm.

Qualifications

• Coursework related to Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science.
• Undergraduate student - preference given to candidates finishing sophomore or junior year.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 10-12 weeks in the summer.
• Intellectual curiosity and integrity with a genuine interest in financial markets.
• Data analytics or programming skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interns will work full-time on meaningful projects and be treated as team members.
• Opportunities to explore multiple areas: Alternatives, Portfolio Analytics, Risk, Product, Go-To-Market Analytics.
• Participate in interviews and team placements, with mentoring and coaching.
