Job summary

Russell Investments invites undergraduate interns to join a full-time summer program in Milwaukee, starting in late May or mid June. You will be treated as a full team member and work on meaningful projects across investment-related areas, gaining exposure to industry experts and mentoring.

The program prioritizes students in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Accounting, or CS with a strong interest in markets. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Coursework related to Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science.
• Undergraduate student - preference given to candidates finishing their sophomore or junior year.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week), at least 4 days in office during the summer for 10-12 weeks.
• Intellectual curiosity, "people first" mentality, and non-negotiable integrity.
• Strong interest in financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Interns will be placed on a team and work full-time on meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals.
• Depending on placement, you may support AIS Sales or Portfolio Analytics teams.
• You will gain exposure to investment management and discuss insights with clients and colleagues.
