Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program designed to give students corporate experience and exposure to Hubbell’s business areas. Interns work on value-added projects, collaborate with colleagues, and develop technical skills relevant to their major while building professional relationships.

Compensation is determined by academic standing and graduation date, with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 and an annualized equivalent of $46,800–$60,320.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027 (internship period).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge to on-the-job experiences.
• Contribute to comprehensive, value-added projects.
• Collaborate in teams in a professional environment.
• Develop technical skills related to your major.
• Attend a presentation to the local management team at program end.
• Assist with process improvement and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
