Job summary

Tilcon New York Inc., a CRH company, invites motivated students to join a structured internship program in its aggregate and asphalt operations. Under close supervision, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn daily tasks, and contribute to real projects while following safety protocols and company policies.

Rate: $20-$23/hour. Eligible students are currently enrolled in college, university, or technical programs, ready to apply academic knowledge in a practical setting, and willing to work in

Qualifications

• Student in college/university/technical school.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions under supervision.
• Able to communicate professionally and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day tasks of the Aggregate or Asphalt Department.
• Learn safety policies and procedures and apply them on site.
• Support project work and tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Work with Quality Control to understand production quality relationships.
• Participate in internship projects and present findings at internship end date.
