Job summary

Fifth Third Bank’s Corporate Client Coverage Summer Internship Program in Charlotte, NC offers an 11-week paid experience supporting Corporate Banking. You’ll learn the bank’s practices, build analytical and presentation skills, and prepare for a potential permanent role in commercial banking.

As an intern, you will develop financial models, perform analyses, and create presentation materials using PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with strong financial/business background.
• Graduation date between Dec 2027 and May 2028 is required.
• Minimum 3.3 GPA required.
• Excellent presentation skills, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Build and understand complex financial models.
• Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight.
• Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word to support team.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Develop relationships with peers and seniors in Credit and Capital Markets.
• Manage priorities across multiple high-priority opportunities.
• Complete basic credit and corporate finance overview and analysis independently.
• Serve as support to Managing Directors and be capable of using internal software.
