Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid 11‑week internship designed to provide hands‑on experience in the telecommunications industry. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Interns work across departments on meaningful projects while gaining exposure to Spectrum’s community initiatives. You’ll participate in kickoff conferences, webinars, and team‑based projects, while developing skills in nonprofit management and digital

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• GPA 3.0 or greater in current program.
• Must be able to travel locally to intern events.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Community Impact program and volunteer event planning. Create tools and resources for employee volunteer activations.
• Support 2027 Spectrum Digital Education grants cycle.
• Work in nonprofit management tool, Benevity, to manage processes.
• Additional program development support as assigned.
