Job summary

Qualifications

• Rising Seniors (Graduating date of December 2027 or May 2028)
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to process documentation
• Support the identification and evaluation of cost effective systems and procedures; help gather user requirements and contribute to drafting solution options
• Participate in requirements gathering by meeting with managers and users; document agreements, action items, and facilitate communication between business units and the project team
