The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is offering a summer Software Developer Intern role in the Application Development department. You will build and enhance advanced financial applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, REST and SQL.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited four-year institution.
• GPA of at least 3.0 and in good academic standing.
• Desirable majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or other technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full stack application design and development.
• Develop software using Angular, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, REST and SQL.
• Work on an Agile Scrum team.
• Exposure to DevOps processes and technology such as CI/CD and IaC.
• Collaborate using Git to track source code changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; maintain code quality through unit testing.
