Hydro Energy has more than 100 years of experience in the production of renewable energy. Today, we are one of the three largest operators of hydropower production in Norway and a large power market player in the Nordic region and Brazil. We are responsible for developing new business opportunities and providing support to Hydro’s business areas on contracts, security of supply, and energy framework conditions.
The department is in charge of technical support and the project portfolio in RSK. It consist of engineers with background in civil, mechanical and electrical engineering.
An internship in Hydro is a great way for you to try out and learn more about your field of study. You will obtain valuable experience, and you get to tackle relevant tasks and real challenges, with support from experienced colleagues. You will also get to participate in a joint program with all the Hydro summer interns, allowing you to learn more about our business and acquire interdisciplinary knowledge. All the while, we expect and want you to have a fun experience during the summer.
Based in Nesflaten, you'll also have excellent opportunities to explore hiking trails and enjoy the surrounding nature during your summer internship.

Valid driver's license and access to a car is an advantage, as public transportation options are limited.
