Ulvesund Elektro AS is a total supplier of electrotechnical services to the private and business market. We are a solid company in Vågsøy that was 40 years old in 2021. In recent years, we have grown in terms of the number of employees and assignments. We currently have 35 employees and a stable and increasing level of activity.

We are looking for someone who can help develop and manage our larger projects.

Key tasks:

• Design of major industrial projects and high-voltage distribution
• Customer dialogue, customer contact and active development of the customer portfolio
• Implementation of projects, including:
  • Prepare project plans, plan progress, resource requirements and cost estimates
  • Production of working documents, procurement of materials and equipment
  • Identify and manage project risks and challenges
  • Coordinate and delegate internally and with other disciplines
  • Report status
  • Documentation
  • Ensure delivery according to time, cost and quality requirements
  • Develop good relationships internally and contribute to development, growth and well-being
• Education: Technical school engineer or Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience may compensate for educational requirements
• Experience: Projects, project tools, project management and project follow-up
• Solution-oriented: Ability to see solutions where others see problems
• Leadership: Able to work independently, lead teams and delegate tasks.
• Responsible: Personal responsibility for achieving good results.
• Language: Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
