Job summary

TVH is offering a Full-Time Summer Internship in Olathe, KS. Interns will tackle real projects across multiple departments, deliver tangible outcomes, and present findings to Senior Leadership at summer's end.

You'll collaborate with department heads, participate in cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience with tools and processes while growing through dedicated training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; rising juniors and above preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or department-specific tools (e.g., CAD, Jira, Tableau).
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Take on projects that apply classroom learning to real business problems with deliverables and visible impact.
• Present projects and findings to Senior Leadership during end of Summer wrap-up.
• Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
• Contribute to research, analysis, and process improvement.
• Build reports, presentations, and documentation used by the company.
• Learn the software, tools, and systems used daily by your department.
• Participate in team meetings and strategic planning discussions.
• Grow skills through training and professional development opportunities.
