Job summary

TVH Americas offers a Full-Time Summer Internship in Olathe, KS, spanning 10 weeks. Interns will work on projects across multiple departments, delivering real, tangible results and presenting outcomes to Senior Leadership at summer’s end.

You will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with department leaders, and be part of a focused, development-driven program with training and observable impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; rising juniors and above preferred.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or department-specific tools (e.g., CAD, Jira, Tableau).
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Quick to learn and apply new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Take on projects that let you apply what you've learned in school to real business problems, with deliverables that make a visible impact on the company.
• The opportunity to present your projects and findings to Senior Leadership during our end of Summer wrap-up.
• Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
• Contribute to research, analysis, and process improvement work that matters to the team.
• Build reports, presentations, and documentation that get used, not filed away.
• Learn the software, tools, and systems your department relies on every day.
• Take part in team meetings and strategic planning discussions.
