Job summary

Circle Logistics in Fort Wayne, IN invites rising juniors and seniors to join a structured internship program from May 31 to July 30, 2027. This on-site role runs 40 hours per week, 8 am–5 pm, with a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Job Description

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

$15 per hour

On-site at our Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters

Only FIVE interns will be selected for the Class of 2027.

Earn Your Way Through the Business

Interns rotate through three core departments:

Track & Trace

Learn the foundation of freight movement

Manage active shipments

Communicate with carriers

Understand margin strategy

Develop confidence on live calls

Prospect new business

Create opportunity

You will work alongside experienced team members first - then step into the driver’s seat yourself.

Bi-Weekly Freight Forum

Every two weeks, interns participate in a Freight Forum introducing broader aspects of the transportation industry.

You will gain perspective beyond your daily role and understand how the industry operates at a high level.
