Field trips will broaden understanding of the imi business, and a summer project is required for presentation to executives.
Interns are expected to report on time, arrange their own transportation, and participate in field trips across the organization.
Summer Interns at imi will be fully immersed in the business unit to which they will be reporting. All interns will be given the opportunity to job shadow, work under direct supervision, and work independently within their business unit. Interns will also be provided "Field Trip" opportunities throughout the summer to learn more about the broader imi business, and Interns will also be responsible for completing a summer internship project.
Interns will be expected to participate in any and all "Field Trip" opportunities. These opportunities are designed to broaden an Intern's understanding of the many aspects of imi's business which we believe will help the Intern be more successful in their assigned business unit.
