Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC is seeking a motivated management intern for a 12-14 week summer program in Wisconsin. You will work on one major project and one to two minor projects, gaining hands-on exposure to operations and business administration.

• Pursuing a degree in Management – Operations or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess good math and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Interns must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products, recognizing foreign person visitors, following authorization procedures for foreign visitors, understanding export requirements for shipments, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
