Qualifications

• Current college junior entering senior year Fall 2027, with interest in audit, finance, business, accounting, risk management or related fields.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher is required or strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and accountability through academic, work, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment and a questioning mindset.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including common formulas, basic charts, and pivot tables for analysis and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Undergo hands-on exposure to audit planning, fieldwork, risk assessment, and control evaluation.
• Support delivery of audit services and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a capstone project and collaborate with interns across lines of business.
• Engage in mentorship, workshops, and networking opportunities to develop professional skills.
• Experience BBH’s culture, participate in the internship program’s components, and learn governance and risk management fundamentals.
