Our expectation is that all interns participate in a core training program where we will provide limited review of new business cases and project assignments. Special projects/research will be assigned among the interns and rotated as much as possible so they get a variety of experience. We will emphasize risk management and analysis, specifically good risks vs. bad risks and how each impact the business. The intern will exercise strong analytical and research skills. Projects assigned will be both group and individual and will be based on department need at the time of hire date.
