About the role:

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will support the development, testing, and dataanalysis activities associated with safetycritical industrial control systems. You will work with experienced engineers to design, implement, and validate software used in highreliability applications.

You will report to the Manager, I&C Safety Software and be located at our Warrendale, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software tools and components using C# or C++
• Support automated testing, simulation, and verification workflows
• Use Azure DevOps and Git for version control, work tracking, and CI/CD processes
• Create or enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize metrics and support engineering decisions
• Participate in structured engineering processes, reviews, and documentation updates related to safetycritical software development

Qualifications:

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.40 to $29.00 per hour.
