Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Project Analyst intern to manage master data in SAP and handle essential administrative tasks for payroll and invoicing during a paid summer internship at the Madison, PA facility.

You will report to the Outage Support Services Manager and work in a hybrid setup from May to August 2027, gaining exposure to shared services, data management, and finance processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resources.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.
• Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms.
• Interested in data management & analytics.
• Interested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing).

Responsibilities

• Assist with bid-to-bank functionality and oversee project systems.
• Create and release Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts.
• Assist with invoicing reconciliation and support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement via root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot EP1 systems and processes per SLAs.
• Encourage learning and cooperation through proactive engagement.

About the role:

As a Project Analyst intern, you will manage master data within SAP and will perform administrative activities needed to ensure team members assignments and contract details for payroll processing and invoice creation.

You will report to the Outage Support Services Manager and be located at our Madison, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems
• You will help with creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts
• Help with Invoicing reconciliation and support
• Support continuous improvement through root cause identification and resolution
• Help troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems and process issues according to Service level agreements and our requirements
• Support a culture of learning and cooperation through proactive engagement and resource sharing
