Job summary

Allegion in Indianapolis is seeking a Summer Intern - Mechanical Engineer to join a global team focused on safety and access management. You will define mechanical requirements, develop designs, prototype and test products, and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.

Qualified students pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering will gain hands-on experience, learn to mitigate risks with engineering tools, and contribute to projects that impact Allegion’s customers and business.

Summer Intern - Mechanical Engineer - Indianapolis, Indiana

Allegion is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to work as part of a highly engaged small team within a global organization of 12,000+ employees, representing 30+ brands (including Schlage, Von Duprin and LCN) focused on safety, security and access management. You’ll work on solutions that will enable accessibility and help keep you and your loved ones safe and secure where they work, live and thrive.
