Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is offering Summer 2027 internships across Cincinnati, OH, Faribault, MN, and Louisville, KY for a 12-week May–August program. Interns gain hands-on project experience, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to engineering and production teams on the manufacturing floor.

Participants engage in structured projects, receive regular coaching, and interact with leadership and other interns, building a strong foundation for a career in manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing at the time of the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and electrical issues on the production floor.
• Help identify ways to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and update maintenance records.
• Assist with electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Help identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions.
• Support maintenance and engineering projects, including equipment upgrades and installations.
• Work with maintenance technicians and engineers to improve equipment safety, reliability, and efficiency.
