Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a motivated engineering student for a paid, full-time summer internship. You will support project management and integration efforts across AP1000, AP300, eVinci and related APx Delivery Stream projects, helping standardize schedules, reviews, KPIs, and financial reporting.

You’ll work on supplier interactions, change management support, and assist engineers with procurement activities, including RFPs, PO placements, and customer support, gaining hands-on experience in a

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or any engineering discipline.
• Sophomore year completed.
• Familiarity with WNEXUS, WPRO, SAP, Ariba, or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and integration for AP1000, AP300, eVinci and other APx Delivery Stream projects.
• Standardize and implement PM tasks related to schedules, monthly reviews, financial reporting, and KPIs.
• Review and manage APx Delivery Stream Task Plans.
• Standardize and update processes, procedures, and templates.

• Assist Delivery Stream and Supplier Performance Engineers with supplier identification, evaluations, RFQ package creation, PO placements, and customer support.

About You

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid full-time summer internship from May to August 2027
• Hourly rate estimated between $25.40 and $29.00, based on experience, qualifications, and skills
