Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company invites applicants for a paid Functional Excellence Intern position at our Cranberry Township, PA facility. This summer internship (May–August 2027) focuses on supporting project management and integration across APx Delivery Stream products such as AP1000, AP300, and eVinci.

You will collaborate with APx Delivery Stream leadership, Delivery Stream engineers, and project leadership, reporting to the Integration Manager.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or any engineering discipline.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.
• Familiarity with WNEXUS, WPRO, SAP, Ariba, or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Standardization and implementation of project management responsibilities related to schedule, monthly project reviews, financial reporting, KPIs.
• APx Delivery Stream Task Plan reviews and management.
• Work on standardizing and updating processes, procedures and templates.
• Support APx change management.
• Support Delivery Stream and Supplier Performance Engineers with supplier identification and evaluations, RFQ package creation, Purchase Order placements and customer support.
