Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Finance Analyst intern to support the OSS Program Manager from Cranberry, PA. This is a paid, full-time remote summer internship for May–August 2027.

You will assist with SAP rate management, verify contracts and labor rates, and support RFP activities while learning analytic techniques and data quality improvements. Pursuing a bachelor’s in data analytics, finance, or accounting with Sophomore year completed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, or accounting.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.
• Familiar with basic accounting and finance formulas and terms.
• Interested in data management & analytics.
• Interested in working in an operations organization (shared services, triage, ticketing).

Responsibilities

• Set up, review, and maintain Rate Management master data in SAP.
• Verify personnel assignments, contract details, and labor-rate information for accuracy.
• Monitor and process all union rate changes, applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems.
• Learn troubleshooting analytic techniques related to downstream rate impacts.
• Help with labor-rate updates, audits, and documentation.
• Support and participate in the RFP process to develop competitive labor rates.
• Respond to routine questions and collaborate with teams to resolve data issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes.

About the role:

As a Finance Analyst intern, you will report to the OSS Program Manager based in our Cranberry, PA facility. This is a paid full-time remote position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with set up, review, and maintenance Rate Management master data in SAP
• Verify personnel assignments, contract details, and labor-rate information for accuracy
• Monitor and process all union rate changes, applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems
• Learn troubleshooting analytic techniques related to downstream rate impacts.

• Support and participate in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to develop competitive labor rates
• Respond to routine questions and collaborate with teams to resolve data issues
