Job summary

The Boeing Company in Wichita, KS is seeking motivated engineering interns for our 2027 summer program. Interns will gain hands-on experience in Facilities, Equipment & Reliability Engineering, working under mentorship to solve real-world problems and tour manufacturing, engineering and research facilities.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in ABET-accredited programs, able to work full-time during Summer 2027, and have a passion for aerospace.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and reliability trends.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance improvements.
• Assist with equipment specifications, installation, and validation.
• Support building systems, facilities infrastructure and reliability projects.
