Summer Intern, Data Analyst, Customer Care — Washington DC.

Role Description

The Data Analyst Intern specifically supports data management teams by performing routine tasks such as data entry, data cleaning, and basic analysis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Real‑world experience on exciting projects.
• Connections with recent college graduates and our company leaders.
• Performance of assignments under the direct supervision of a department lead.
• Performance of other work‑related duties as needed.
• Data cleanup: identify and correct inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies in customer contact data.
• Data validation: verify the accuracy of data entries and update records as necessary.
• Data entry: assist in entering new customer contact information into the database.
• Reporting: generate reports on data quality and provide insights on areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: work with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Documentation: maintain detailed documentation of data cleanup processes and procedures.

• Experience using Excel to analyze data and identify anomalies.
