Tru Vue Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 internship across Cincinnati, OH; Faribault, MN; and Louisville, KY. The program runs May through August (12 weeks) with hands-on projects, coaching, and leadership exposure.

We are hiring interns for Summer 2027!

Our team is hiring interns at our Cincinnati, OH, Faribault, MN and Louisville, KY locations for Summer 2027. These positions go from May-August (12-week program) and offer hands-on project experience, professional development, and much more!

The Apogee Performance Surfaces segment generates $200M in revenue and EBITDA margins of 20-25%. What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a four year college or university in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing at the time of the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
