Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Chemical Engineering Intern to support thermal-hydraulic and process engineering activities for nuclear power generation. This paid full-time role is hybrid or onsite for the summer (May–August 2027).

You will report to the department manager and assist with thermal and fluid systems analysis, design calculations, reports, and reviews, while collaborating with system engineers on active projects.

About The Role

As a Chemical Engineering Intern, you will support thermal-hydraulic, fluid systems, process engineering, and plant systems analysis activities associated with nuclear power generation.

You will report to the department manager and be located at our Cranberry, Warrendale, Blairsville, or New Stanton, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid or onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.40 to $29.00 per hour.
