Job summary

Food Lion is offering a 11-week paid summer internship designed to develop leadership skills and business knowledge in the complex supermarket industry. Interns will work on hands-on projects, participate in team-based settings, and have access to learning activities and Lunch & Learn sessions with business leaders.

Internship dates run May 17, 2027 through August 4, 2027, with opportunities to present outcomes to Food Lion leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 and transcript required with resume
• Permanent employment authorization/ US citizenship
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or master's program when applying

Responsibilities

• Projects may fall under Analytics, Assortment, Consumer Insights, and Business Development
• Contribute to leadership development and learn on-the-job through internships
• Participate in Lunch & Learn sessions and end-of-program presentation
