Job summary

Food Lion is offering a Summer Internship Program in Marketing for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. The 11-week paid internship provides hands-on experience across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Strategy & Innovation, with leadership mentoring and real project impact in stores.

Interns will gain skills in digital marketing, storytelling, and business development while supporting Food Lion’s Easy, Fresh, and Affordable strategy.

Responsibilities

• Projects may fall under Marketing, Ecommerce, Strategy & Innovation, Consumer Insight, and Business development
• Support internship projects across listed areas
• Learn Food Lion strategy and how Marketing supports store performance
• Participate in Lunch & Learn sessions with business leaders
• Prepare end-of-program presentation to leaders
