PremierAgile Consulting Private Limited is seeking a driven engineering/technology student in Carmel, Indiana to support testing, deployment, and integration of embedded systems and MES solutions. You will work with engineering teams to validate devices, configure MES platforms, and develop interfaces between equipment and data systems.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards using SQL and Python, contributing to IoT projects, and maintaining PLC/HMI/SCADA networks.

• Enrollment in engineering/technology program (at least 2nd year).

Responsabilités

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electronic devices, sensors, controllers, and embedded systems to ensure compliance with functional, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and continuous improvement of MES solutions to enable real-time manufacturing visibility and data collection.
• Contribute to development and testing of interfaces between manufacturing equipment, PLCs, databases, and MES platforms to ensure accurate and secure data flow.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communication systems for machine control, monitoring, and data acquisition.
• Partner with engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and manufacturing personnel to test, commission, and resolve integration issues with automated equipment and digital manufacturing systems.
• Utilize SQL, Python, AI tools, and data visualization technologies to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools supporting operational performance and process optimization.
• Participate in smart manufacturing projects involving IoT, machine connectivity, digital workflows, robotics, and advanced automation technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test procedures, integration specifications, and standard work instructions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support efforts to ensure secure system connectivity, data integrity, and adherence to manufacturing technology standards and best practices.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

About You
