Job summary

Thinklance LLP is seeking candidates for an entry-level role focused on process improvement and manufacturing optimization in Carmel, IN. You will contribute to Lean implementations, automation reviews, and data-driven initiatives across multiple manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Second-year education completed; pursuing engineering or tech degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives with documentation.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methods to reduce waste.
• Review and design automation opportunities.
• Support data analytics including AI and predictive models.
• Optimize material handling with fleet/pathway optimization and AGV/AMR automation.
• Support TPM and preventive/predictive/prescriptive maintenance tools.
• Develop and standardize technologies for varied manufacturing processes.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives, including development, trial, validation, and documentation of new and existing activities.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing methods and procedures to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Contribute to the review and design of automation opportunities.
• Support data analytics efforts including AI, predictive and prescriptive models, floor interface support, learning tools, and data collection and interpretation.
• Optimize material handling through fleet and pathway optimization and AGV/AMR delivery automation.
• Support maintenance activities including TPM and preventive, predictive, and prescriptive maintenance tools.
• Develop and standardize new and existing technologies applicable to varied manufacturing processes.

About You
