Mesirow in Chicago offers a Capital Markets Rotational Intern program designed to expose students to fixed income products across Public Finance, CTL, Structured Debt, and Sales & Trading. Interns will rotate through multiple desks, learning the end-to-end dynamics of capital markets while contributing to real projects.
Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Accounting, Finance, CS, Engineering, or Math) with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028 and a minimum 3.4 GPA.

We have an opportunity for a Capital Markets Rotational Intern to learn and contribute to a myriad of fixed income products. Specifically, interns will rotate and gain exposure between the Public Finance, CTL (Credit Tenant Lease) and Structured Debt Products, and Sales & Trading businesses. Successful candidates will possess strong quantitative and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This program allows students to simultaneously display their current talents and acquire new ones.
In accordance with the Illinois Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated compensation for the role will be $20.00 per hour for the duration of the program.
