To accomplish this, we will have you spend half your time in the office working with a Project Manager and the rest of your time in the field working with a Superintendent. We intentionally conduct a 30-day informal review to make sure you’re getting the most out of your experience with us.We also value work-life balance and have a company culture that is carefully cultivated to live out our values and build connectivity amongst team members.
