Anthropologie is seeking an Instructional Design intern for the summer to develop engaging training for store teams. You will work with the Multimedia Instructional Designer and the Service & Styling team on content that educates on selling, styling, and customer service.

The program runs 6/7–8/13 in Philadelphia, offering paid wage and exposure to senior leadership, events, and potential for full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in design, marketing, or communications.
• Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Interest in Anthropologie culture and retail experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional designer to elevate training materials; ensure brand standards.
• Collaborate with service and styling teams to identify content needs and timelines.
• Write concise, engaging training content for store teams.
• Assist with editing content during the design process.
