Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in related field.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage and clean large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Audit and update internal systems and profiles across external platforms.
• Conduct transportation project research across regions to support strategy.
• Perform CRM and database maintenance, including data validation and cleanup.
• Review capital improvement programs for municipalities to identify opportunities.
