Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited law program (as required).
• Finished at least 1+ year(s) of full-time law school or equivalent.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Interest in insurance law, regulatory compliance, contract law, or corporate legal practice.
• Ability to work 2–3 days per week in-office at Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful legal assignments under the guidance of experienced in-house counsel.
• Gain exposure to insurance regulatory frameworks, contracts, and corporate governance.
• Observe and participate in meetings with attorneys and cross-functional teams.
• Be flexible and open to working on different tasks, sharing ideas, and helping the team.
• Assist with legal research and writing projects on a variety of legal topics.
