T-Mobile is offering an 11-week paid summer internship in HR & Workplace Experience, based in Bellevue, WA. You’ll work on real business challenges, develop analytics skills, and connect with mentors and leaders to grow your career.

As a summer intern, you’ll contribute to projects involving data insights, dashboard creation, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Technology, and Business.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Background in data analytics or related field encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior audiences.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, operational, or experience data to generate insights that inform business decisions.
• Build dashboards, models, or reports that translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Contribute to process improvement by mapping workflows and recommending scalable solutions.
• Support design or prototyping of tools, frameworks, or experiences to improve the workplace.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and Business to gather inputs and align on recommendations.
• Conduct research on labor market, employee feedback, and learning landscape to ground strategies in data.
• Present findings and recommendations to team leads and senior leadership.
