• Available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May–August 2027).
• Must not require sponsorship to legally work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR project work across multiple HR functions (e.g., HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development).
• Partner with HR leaders to analyze data, improve processes, and deliver solutions enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Balance manager direction with self-driven solutioning to deliver on project deliverables.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture within HR and Swire Coca-Cola.
• Build relationships with HR and business stakeholders to deepen learning and support project management.
• Assist in designing and implementing HR programs, resources, or training to address employee and business needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR and Organizational leadership at internship end.
