Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company seeks a Hospitality & Event Management Intern in the Greater San Francisco area for Summer 2027. The paid program runs May–August 2027, with full-time schedule to be discussed during interview.

Enrolled students will gain hands-on experience across café, catering, and events under experienced mentors. The internship offers exposure to marketing tasks, signage, and client-focused service, while supporting food service operations and learning from a leading food

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Event Management.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through front-of-house roles in the café, catering, and coffee shop.
• Provide consistently friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Support catering events by setting up, arranging buffet stations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing cleanup.
• Assist with marketing tasks, including signage, seasonal decorations, and food holiday communications.
• Adhere to customer service standards.
• Review catering and front-of-house standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
