The USG Cartersville, GA location is seeking temporary operators for the summer, with potential for earlier start dates based on availability.

The position offers a pay rate of $20.80/hour, with possible adjustments based on qualifications and experience.

This role presents various challenges for individuals eager to push their limits in an environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with special projects
2. Filling in for production operators during vacations
3. Working in the warehouse
4. Performing general housekeeping duties
5. Other related tasks and projects

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and successfully complete USG’s pre-employment screening
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Results-oriented with strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to work various or rotating shifts and overtime as required
• Candidates demonstrating above-average safety, work performance, and attendance may be considered for future full-time positions at the Bridgeport plant
• Must be enrolled in college-level coursework
